Pridiom multi-zone ductless mini-splits are designed to provide cooling and heating to multiple rooms all from a single outdoor condensing unit. Our systems are designed as a versatile mix and match systems. This means that a single outdoor unit can be installed with up to four (4) different sized indoor units.

A major difference between the Pridiom multi-zone systems and others on the market is the ability of the Pridiom outdoor units to operate with as little as one indoor unit. This then allows the home owner, at a future time, to add additional indoor units. For example, a home owner might put in a 36,000 Btu outdoor unit with 1-9,000 Btu indoor unit today. Next year they could come back and add 1..2 or even 3 more indoor units to this same system.

All Pridiom Ductless Mini-Splits are an installed product and MUST be installed by a Professional HVAC Contractor

Ductless Mini-Split Systems come with a warranty that covers the cost of parts for 3 years, compressor for 5 years and labor to replace those parts for 1 year (labor is limited to the flat rate labor schedule as described in detail in our official labor policy.

All Pridiom Systems must be installed and serviced by a Professional HVAC Contractor

All parts and labor as covered in the warranty will be handled directly with the contractor. If needed expert troubleshooting guidance is available from Pridiom (M-F 9am – 5pm) to speed the process of getting the unit up and running.

Pridiom’s warranty does not cover diagnostic time and or repairs related to installation error or outside damage, vandalism, etc.
